Partial Finishing of Ti-Light Patterns Prior to Investment

Overview

After completion the pattern can be taken off the model like a wide span bridge to work out details.

Before Ti-Light parts are invested they can be worked out to a certain extent. This is extremely time saving compared to the same work on metal.

Clasps are extremely fragile and require high diligence to be released.

Cured Ti-Light patterns can be removed from the model and checked for functionality.

After completion the pattern can be taken off the model like a wide span bridge to work out details.

Ti-Light patterns with sprues mounted on a mold base ready to invest.

After casting the metal frames are divested as usual.
