Cured Ti-Light patterns can be cleaned with dry steam. After steam cleaning the patterns should be cooled with cold water.
The benefit of using wax sheets is that they may be cleaned off without residues using dry steam. A swift steam cleaning will not affect the stability of the Ti-Light pattern. After steam treatment cooling with cold water is recommended.
Ti-Light pattern made up from Ti-Light skeleton sheets and Ti-Light clasps like standard wax patterns The change of color during the curing process is a key feature of Ti-Light patterns. Thus any dental curing light can be used for the curing process and the current status is visualized. Cured Ti-Light patterns can be cleaned with dry steam. After steam cleaning the patterns should be cooled with cold water. After curing and cleaning the precision of the Ti-Light pattern can be inspected and modified if necessary.
